Mon expérience en tant qu’animatrice en hôtellerie m’a permis de développer un sens aigu du service client, de l’écoute et de l’adaptabilité. Accueillir, répondre aux attentes, gérer les tensions avec diplomatie : autant de compétences que j’ai exercées au quotidien, et qui sont directement transposables au rôle de PNC. J’ai également développé une excellente résistance physique et une grande capacité d’adaptation aux horaires décalés.
